Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Publication Ethics

"Heterotopic View" journal adopts the ethical practices of Yüksek Öğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma ve Yayın Etiği Yönergesi (Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive)  and "Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)" as a publishing culture. Editors, authors and reviewers are responsible for ethical principles;

1. Original findings (ideas, methods, data, etc.) belonging to others should be cited in accordance with scientific rules.

2. Data that does not actually exist or that have been falsified should not be included in the study.

3. Research records or data obtained should not be falsified for interests

4. The results of a research should not be disaggregated and published in more than one issue in a way that violates the integrity of the research.

5. Persons, institutions or organizations that do not actively contribute to the study should not be included.

6. An "ethics committee" permit should be obtained for research on humans and animals after 2020.

7. Research and experiments should not harm the ecological balance

8. Studies should not be carried out contrary to the provisions of the international conventions to which Turkey is a party, regarding the relevant research and experiments.
