Abstract

This study aims to explain the qualities of generation Z individuals in parallel with the digital era in which generation Z individuals were born into, as well as to describe the communication and education characteristics of individuals born in this period within the framework of descriptive content analysis and to list the prominent communication and education factors related to generation Z. Thus, while it becomes possible to realize a more effective communication with Generation Z individuals, the trends that enable this generation to participate more willingly in educational activities are indicated. Therefore, the study contributes to more effective training and successful communication with Generation Z individuals who are already students and joining the workplace with new qualifications. In addition, it is aimed to create future generations that communicate better and perform active learning activities. In the research, descriptive content analysis was carried out and the data obtained were collected under themes and codes.
