Author's Responsibilities

The author must first apply for membership in order to upload an article to the system. The author can upload his article to the system after his membership is approved.

All publishing rights of the published article belong to the author. The author(s) are responsible for the copyright of the article. The article cannot be published, reproduced, or used in another publication without the permission of the journal management.

The journal assumes that the article uploaded to the system is original. In this sense, the article uploaded to the system should not have been published elsewhere or sent to another journal for publication.

No royalties or similar fees are paid to the author/authors whose articles are published. It is accepted that the author/authors undertake that they will not demand any royalties from the articles they have submitted for publication. The author/authors are deemed to have accepted the journal's open-access publication policy.

Legal responsibilities of maps, pictures, photographs, figures, diagrams, tables, and similar elements used in the article regarding permission, copyright, or plagiarism belong to the author(s) of the article.

The journal is impartial regarding the claims of authority, rights, and institutional links in the maps published in the article. All responsibility belongs to the authors of the article.

When the author's own work is published more than once, he commits "spontaneous plagiarism" with "Republishing/Duplication/Multiple Publication/Scientific Misleading". The author/authors are obliged to take this into account.

It is the author's responsibility to scan the article for "plagiarism" using various software (Turnitin, iThenticate, etc.). The similarity rate of the article should not exceed 20%. If there is a similarity above this rate, the article is rejected. The author(s) responsible for plagiarism are accepted.

Ethics Committee Certificate should be uploaded to the system in studies that require the permission of the Ethics Committee. In addition, this situation should be stated in the text of the article.

The author has the right to withdraw his article, provided that he informs the editorial board of the journal until the publication decision is made.

The article must not violate the privacy and intellectual property rights of a third party. Responsibility in this regard belongs to the author(s) of the article.

The author is responsible for fulfilling the revision suggestions of the referees and editors.

If the author encounters an error or inaccuracy in his published article, he should notify the journal editor about it. In this case, the author is responsible for contacting the journal editor to publish a correction to the article.

It is assumed that the author(s) who submit an article to the journal have read and accepted the ethical rules, publication principles, and writing principles of the "Heterotopic View" journal.

All legal responsibilities that may arise from the article belong to the author(s).
